Was dumped at a shelter and was so terrified she shut down. A shelter worker worked with her for two months and through several breakthroughs, then a loving rescue group took her in as a loving foster, with more breakthroughs! Now she is in her forever home (which is still pretty scary) but she loves her big brother Jake and is learning to trust her humans, who dote on her. (It's hard in the winter, though, when everyone wears those big scary puffy coats!)

Everyone always loved Jake and shifted him around to different homes. Then to a junkyard, where he got hit by a car twice! Was turned over to a loving rescue group and kenneled. He was SO anxious to get out of the cage he would jump up and scratch the workers, so the workers let him out less, so Jake got more wild....When I saw him, he was the most beautiful dog I'd ever seen. So now he is in his forever home! His doggie companion of many years recently died and the now serene Jake loves, but is a bit puzzled by his new sister, Mamooska, a scared little pittie girl. (Doesn't she realize that noises are just noises?)
