Hyde is a rare black Belgian Malinois. He started his puppyhood as a search and rescue wilderness K9. He had many experiences training in SAR and even was hoisted from hovering helicopter at a training in Reno. His favorite part of SAR was the helicopter work. He 'lit' up when it was time to load. He and I decided to go on to train in schutzhund and that is what he is training in now. He dabbles on the side with some scent work, he has even found a missing dog and hunted for missing tortoises. What a dog!! Not only is Hyde a wonderful working dog but he is a member of our family and has a bed next to ours. We love him and my children often refer to him as our Superdog!

Carlena's I'm the Dash. Aka; Dashyl Robert Parr, Dash, Mr. Barky Von Schnauzer. Dash was born with megaesophagus and wasn't expected to do well. He beat the odds and here he is! In fact, he actually did better than beat the odds, he is completely healed and we don't know why other than he grew into his esophagus, if that makes sense.

This is Ponygirl. She came into my life at a time where I really needed her. Everything I know about dog training, I learned from her. She kept me on my toes, literally. She was so intelligent and so bratty. She got a kick out of barking at people and scaring them. She was also an agility freak!! She LOVED agility. Almost too much, she suffered an injury that led me to retire her only after her first earned leg :( After that, she became just our companion, a very spoiled companion. We had a child shortly after that and I am happy that Ponygirl was a part of her life, for just a brief moment, it seemed. She died 2 yrs ago at age 10rs. from a hemangiosarcoma that was too aggressive for her to fight off. She was only ill the last 3 days of her life, other than that, she lived life to the fullest and taught me more about life in 10yrs than I am sure I could learn in a lifetime. Ponygirl 1994-2004

Actually, I am a fox terrier w/ a splash of jrt.  I am very short, but very long and I am sure you saw in my profile how sneaky I am.  I am sneaky cuz I am very smart!  I get that from the jrt part of me ;)

Moonshine......and thank you.  Hyde is the apple of my eye.  I, of course, think he is beautiful too.  I am so very proud of him, he has been the best training companion and has taught me so much!!  He is always going 110% and I love him for that (although, he is a bit hard to keep up with, since I usually run at about 75% :)
