"Banner" Lyric Star Spangled Banner July 4th, 2000 - October 24, 2006 Banner was my first Golden and was my heart dog. Banner graced my life for 6 years which were way too short. He taught me more about the love of a dog than any other dog I have ever had. He was the best. Banner had a bad habit of eating all things whole and unfortunately he ran out of lives when he ate a corn cob a squirrel left in my yard. My vet couldn't save him this time. I'm still so heartbroken over his loss. I miss him like crazy and think about him everyday. I didn't feel right leaving him off my Dogspace page. He will always be in my heart.
