July 4th - this is a hard day for me today
I've been dreading today for several weeks now. Today would have been Banner's 7th birthday and I sure am missing him like crazy today. We had a tradition of going to PetSmart to get a birthday treat - he loved it. He got to pick out a toy and ride in the car. I always made him a special birthday cake that he would gobble up in what seemed like seconds. I used to tell my son when he was younger that all the fireworks were for Banner's birthday. My son was gullible and believed me. 
Today, there is no cake and no trips to PetSmart. Just lots of tears.
Happy Birthday my sweet boy! I hope you are enjoying your special day today at Rainbow Bridge.

It's never easy to loose your dog, I bet u were close to him and I know I will miss my dog A-lot when she passes away but I hope That's not soon because she's only two and I hope You'll Feel better about Banner.

It's never easy when you lose a pet because their love is so unconditional. I, as well as many here, have and do feel your pain in each our own degrees and anytime you want to chat about Banner don't hesitate to drop me a line. Sometimes, to help me feel a little better, I will reminise (sp?) about my pet on the anniversary as a kind of "tribute day". Like starting a new tradition in honor of that friend but also to celebrate the ones in our life now. R.I.P. Banner - your mom will always remember you......

We will always miss our fur babies that have have crossed over"The Rainbow Bridge". We will
shed tears. But we are reassured in knowing that our furry ones are made brand new.
Banner is all brand new and romping with all his buds. Shoot he's even met my Dusty, and he's a hoot. ((((GoldenMom))))
