Hi, my name is Gizmo I am  a 6yrs old Lhasa Apso, but I'll be 7 the 6th of January. I'm usually full of energy and spunk, but unfortunately I was diagnosed with Hip Dysphasia.  That means my that the hip bone socket and hip ball are no longer in place, making me very sad because it is causing me to tremble from pain & I can't use my back right leg, it's too painful to put down. I no longer have the energy or excitment that I used to have.  Eating has become hard for me to do since I can not stand straight and now mommie has to hand feed me.  I can't even play with my best friend Oliver (cat).  Even though Oliver is trying very hard to get me to play with him, I just can't it hurts too much!  The only thing that will help me be my old self again is hip surgery, and mommie doesn't have the money & the Specialist doesn't offer payment arrangements. & so since my cousin Joseph (black lab) is a part of this site, his Mommie Lydia thought I might be able to get some help from all the pals on this site.
