Ruby is our oldest Baby Dog. (We have a cat too!) Ruby became a member of the family while I was living in Omaha, NE. Ruby is a beautiful, loving, & gentle little girl. I don't think another can compare. I was taking Mike to a groomer, Jean, she saves animals & had saved Ruby from a puppy mill. I saw the sign for Ruby & asked to see her. Jean & I met, she brought Ruby out, & I instantly fell in love. She came home, & together we worked through the hard spots. I know Ruby loves her home & we love having her here!

Jimbo is our biggest Baby Dog. (We have a cat too!) Jimbo was added to our pack while we lived in Miami, FL. He is a loving, vibrant, & a kind little boy. We believe he is our oldest boy dog. When you look at his face you see lots of great expressions. One day I was driving to the store when I saw a man beating Jimbo IN the street. I did a U-turn & then another U-turn to get back to him. I stopped, picked him up & took him home. Although there was some adventrue in between, he found his home with us. He has made us very happy, our other little ones happy, & we hope we have made him happy!

Sunny is my Baby.(We have a cat too!) He was adopted at the Fayetteville Animal Protection Society while I was working there. He had temperment issues. He was adopted out, came back due to biting a child, and so I took him. I knew biting a child gave him few options. Plus, Sunny and I had bonded while I was working there. All that poor little boy needed was stability and a place he could be a member of a pack without the threat of getting hurt. He and I have a special bond. He is strong, playful, full of fun and life, and a lover of his Mom.

Tia is our newest Baby Dog. (We have a cat too!) She was adopted into the family while in NC. She was found by a friend of the SPCA. Almost starved to death she weighed only 4 pounds. Martha asked me to foster Tia. She was so weak and so sick. She just needed to be loved. Tia quickly became a member of the pack. Martha gave her to me for my birthday. Tia adjusted quickly and well. We still have a hard time getting her to eat. She is vibrant, loving, cuddley, and full of joy!

Mikeal, our Baby. Mikeal is the first member of the family. He was my first child. Mikeal is very loving (when he wants to be), cute, a barker, a nervous licker, loves his belly rubbed, kind, and full of life. I found Mikeal at the Humane Society. I was looking at other pups, however my eye kept going to Mike. He was crouched in the corner of the cage. When I bent to see him, he came to me, & I pet him. I noticed he did that for no one else. Mom & I went back, played with him, he answered to Mikeal, & he has been apart of my life ever since. We have made each other VERY VERY happy!!   We lost Mikeal to a tumor and cancer 11-03-06.    I LOVE YOU MIKEAL!!
