T.S. Hannah will be here tomorrow!

* A whole weeks worth of hugs to everybody in case Hannah takes away our electric for awhile. No..make it 2 weeks worth!

Mama just saw our little town of Deltaville on the news.

Tropical Storm Hannah is now forecasted to hit us DIRECTLY here, starting late in the day tomorrow.

They actually showed our little town on the 10 p.m. news. The yacht club is "battening down the hatches".

So tomorrow morning mama & daddy will start moving things down to the basement.

We have been blessed to go for 3 years and only have one bad problem from a storm. That was when T.S.Ernesto left a tree on our deck (missed the house by less than an inch!).

Mama got a chainsaw for her birthday that year BOL!

(My heart wasnt really into that "bark out loud")

Mama is scared of T.S. Hannah...more scared than she has been of any storm for a long time.

She sat through hurricane Isabel in a second floor apartment, reading a book by candlelight, and was never scared.

But"this one feels different pooch" She said.

Maybe cuz she has more to lose now.

She has ME, and i'm not going anywhere.

We cannot evacuate, because we have nowhere to go that mama & daddy can take a dog and 3 cats too.

And mama wont leave us here to face the storm alone.

She says she didnt get us just to abandon us when we need her the most!

So we are all staying together.

Of course she is worried about the storm taking out the electric. And that runs the pump on the well.

That means no water for drinking, or the humans to bathe.

No phone, computer, or tv, until the cable comes back on.

But the electric has to be first, the after the electric company CALLS cable and gives permission, they can go up to fix the cable lines.

Mama & daddy have cell phones, but probably neither of them has put any time on them.

And they have to figure out where is the safest (for lack of a better word) place to park the car & truck, so hopefully no trees or limbs will fall on them. Theres trees all around this house!

We have whole new bags of Dog and cat food and treats. New bucket of kitty litter, and all our animal supplies.

Now thats its "GO TIME" mama needs to get moving!

So if you dont see us on here for awhile, its because of Hannah. But we are thinking of everyone, and we'll be back as soon as we can.
