My name is Bijou and I'm a pure-bred pug. My mommy named me Bijou because it means "jewel" in French, and I am just the little jewel of her heart. I'm still very young, so I like to chew on things, especially people's toes..yummy! I can be wild, but playing wears me out and then I love to sit in laps and fall asleep.

I'm going to be sad when my mommy leaves me when she goes back to school in the fall. I guess it will be okay though, because I'll be staying with my grandma and grandpa and they like to spoil me!
