All I have to say about this one is-

Hiya Abs! Did you have a fun weekend?? We didn't get to have much fun this weekend. We went to the cabin but it was still pretty smokey, and I hurted my leg. Me and Ember were SO excited to get there on Friday, and we ran and ran and ran, and then ran some more! And we jumped in and out of our little pool and chased each other! And then we went in and laid down, and after a while, I couldn't get up any more... my back leg was hurtin' so bad... I didn't want to tell Mom what happened cuz I was embarrassed that she'd think a little girl puppy was beatin up on me. She thinks I musta pulled a muscle or somehow injured myself playing with Ember. I was real sore all day Saturday and didn't put hardly any weight on it the whole day, so Mom took us back to the Cat House to rest. I rested the rest of the weekend, and was putting some weight on this morning, so Mom's holding off on calling the vet (phew!) cuz she thinks I'm getting a lot better already.

But there's also GREAT news! We had to stop at the vet on Friday cuz Ember needed shots, so Mom weighed me while we were there, and I lost some weight!! It's hard to tell how much. Last summer I was 120. A couple months ago I wouldn't sit still but was between 124-127. Friday I wouldn't sit still either, but I was under 120! Probably 116-118. Mom says that's great, cuz she's worried maybe I have a hip problem that mighta caused my hurts, and I've been taking glucosamine for a while and trying to lose weight so my hips don't get bad. So I'm glad I lost some weight, but I'm not gonna tell Mom if my hips had anything to do with my hurt leg, cuz I don't want her to think I'm a wimp! Anyway, we hope you had some fun!!

Hi Abigail! Whatcha doin, huh huh huh?? I wanna come see you again. I thought you were a real super fun dog! I know you growled at me a little, but I also know you was just jokin!  Hee hee.  I'm in plenty of trouble, as usual, this week.  I just LOVE to swim, but there ain't no swimmin pool here, so I swim in my water bowl!  Oh yeah, it makes such a GREAT mess, I just can't stop myself!  Mom gets cranky, so I have to make sure I hop on her lap and lick her face so she'll forgive me, but then it's off to the races again!  Mom says we might have someone that wants to buy our cabin, which is crazy since it's still under a voluntary evacuation, but it's some friend of Daddy's named Brandon, and his God-parents live next door to Bob, just 2 doors down from us (the Davie's).  I'd sure be sad to lose our cabin, but then we get to be close to YOU!  So cuz of that, Mom wants us to come back and visit again soon.  Maybe if Daddy comes home and gets some days off, we could all come!  Anyway, if you get bored, try going for a swim in your water bowl, and maybe we can play again soon!!

Hi, us Jersey Girls would love to be your friend(s).  Have you heard of the Oregon Sand Dune sledders?  They say they race on the dunes with carts.  How cool is that!  Back east here, you are not aloud on the dunes.  $500.00 fine!  Mom loves us to dog sled.  Actually, we pull her when she walks us for about 1 mile, then the next 3 she coaxes us to walk faster!
