California Wildfires
I haven't been on MyDogSpace much lately. Things have been a zoo around here. My dad and Olie and Ember's dad are working hard on the 800 something fires burning in CA right now. We don't get to see our dad's much this time of the year. I just wanted to write a short blog because I have been moping around the house and waiting in the waiting spot for dad to come home. I am just not myself when he is away.

It's over 1400 fires now! Will your Daddy come home soon? Our Daddy says maybe mid-July... apparently they won't make him stay more than 28 days, and he's been on duty since June 20, so we're keeping our paws crossed! But now he's out of county on a strike team (Mendocino). Where's your Daddy? Is he on another squirrel project? You gotta get a grip on that Abs, tell him to leave the squirrel projects for the dogs!

Hi Abi & family ~ sorry to hear the dads have been gone and working so hard. We have been keeping up on the situation, from afar. Fire is indeed, a VERY scary thing. Try to be strong and hold up the home front.
