I was just a pup, starving walking the dangerous streets of L.A. found by mommy & daddy's neighbor Carrie who swooped me up and ran me to a vet for care. I was in bad shape, full mange and a bloated tummy. That evening Carrie was crying about how she found me to my mommy and my mommy said to her we're thinking of getting another dog please let me call the vet to get an idea of what kind of breed I was so that they had some idea of me because they adopted me right there and then sight unseen. We still don't know exactly what breed/mix I am and nobody cares they just love me to pieces and have been spoiling me ever since...

Hi Everypawdy,

Since it is nearing the end of Adopt a Senior Pet month, and we found this prayer, mom and I figured we'd send it to you. We sent it to our GODIG group, and realized it applies to young as well as "older"dogs. Also, for those of us who are not always feeling well, maybe our moms and dads can gain some comfort from it. Hopefully it will give them strength during difficult times.
