There's no business like show business!! My humans are in the performing arts, which means I have travelled the USA & Canada extensively. Before I turned four months, I'd moved from my birthplace in Cohoes, NY to Vancouver BC... then we went down to Key Largo and up to Anchorage Alaska (we even went to Kenai and Valdez!).

Since then we've driven across the USA from Fairfax Virginia to Escondido near San Diego CA. I even got to go for a beautiful hike through Bryce Canyon in Utah. That place put the Wow in bow wow!!

I even got to visit the great American architect Frank Lloyd Wright's Taliesin homestead when we toured Wisconsin.

I've been to cities in Ontario and I went on a boat ride in Slocan Lake in BC plus a motor boat ride from Coal Harbour up to Lion's Bay on the Georgia Straight near my home town.

I liked going to my human's family reunion where we slept in a tent while their drunk relatives had a whole lotta family fun!

I visited my sisters, who live with my human's sister. 

I am the great grand-daughter of Clifford (a weird name for a great grandmother, I know!!). Her daughter was Nellie, and her daughter, my mother, is Midge.

My female human's mother arranged my birth. She was the caretaker of Midge. She found a suitable (small, handsome purebred Maltese) dad for me, knowing that lots of travel was in my future. She realized that Midge's pups needed to be small and cute!  I have two sisters and one brother, who sadly was "taken away" by a hungry bald eagle on Saltspring Island when he was not even 5 months old! Country living has its perils...
