Me And Mom Doing Doga Together
Here's me and my mom doing our morning Doga. Doga is Yoga for us doggies.
First, I listened very carefully as Mom explained what poses we were going to do.
Next, I got a little massage before we started.
After that, we did 'Sidewards Facing Stomach' together.
Then, Mom helped me do a ' Sitting Sideward Twist'.
I really like this next one. It is the 'Triangle Pose'.
And I finished off with the pose known as 'At One With The Earth'.
Doga is fun to do. It's good for both humans and dogs and gives us something we can do together. Mom and I seem to do more Doga on really hot days and rainy days.

This is SO great! Me and Ember do Doga together, and sometimes we see Mom trying it when she plays her Wii Fit, but we've never done it WITH Mom! You two are so great together!
