I had always wanted to get a whippet, and right when I was really wanting a dog, I saw an ad in the paper for whippet puppies close by in KY. I was very excited, as I had expected to have to wait a while for one. I had decided I wanted a girl, and picked her out of three. She had the perfect personality and was also the prettiest :) She could not have come at a better time in my life.
