I'm a AKC Registered Pure Bred Black Labrador Retriever. I am 9 months old & have lots of energy. I love to run, jump & play. I also love to give all of my undivided attention & affection to my master. My Master treats me like I'm one of her kids. I'm spoiled rotten just like her son & daughter. I have Scooby Snacks, Milk Bones, Rawhide Bones, TOYS galore, blankeys, you name it I have it. I love to chase birds, squirrels & the kids in the yard. My masters had a cat when I moved here. The cat passed away back in February, but when he was alive I would've loved for him to let me play with him. He would use my face as a punching bag. He'd hide in the cupboards & jump out and scare me then start swatting my face before I even realized what happend. I try to play with the kitties that come over the fence to my yard but they don't understand that I want to play.

I think my size overwhelms them. They see this mammoth black dog coming at them instead of a puppy. So the claws come out, the hissing starts & the hair on their backs stand straight up. I just want to bark & play with them.

I'm not for sale, I'm not up for adoption, I'm not neutered, I'm not missing any limbs or appendages, I'm definitely not deaf, I don't work, I'm not stray or blind or rescued... I'm too young to mate.  My master adopted me from her Uncle who in which breeds other dogs just like me. He has Labrador Retrievers in Tri-colors.... Yellow Labs, Chocolate Labs, & Black Labs.

I tend to get myself into trouble from time to time. I haven't quite got the hint that I'm not suppose to chew on my master's children's toys, shoes, blankeys, & clothing. Or my master's husband's Slippers, Sneakers, hats, pictures & frames, photo albums & books. I ate a school library book... my master's son had to explain to his school that I had got it off of the entertainment center & I ate it. She thought he was joking. "My Dog ate my library book." I ate his homework too. Again his teacher thought he was joking. But with a little time, training, & patience I'll learn. I've calmed down a lot in the last couple of months. I don't Jump so much on people when they come to visit my masters. I'm trying to master learning how to walk on a leash. I get too excited & try to walk myself. As soon as I see the leash I start grabbing it & try to walk myself. I'm still at the pulling stage. Eventually that too I will get the hang of.
