Woof! My name is Tucker! I am almost 7 months old and I live a life of LUXURY in my apartment with my mommy and daddy, Kelley and Darrell. I love to snooze when I'm at home. I have my spot right at the foot of the bed, or in the laundry basket! I save up all my energy for my trip to the lake! I love the water, and chasing the ducks! I'm gonna catch one someday! I also love to go visit my best friend Homestead at my Granddaddy's house. He is a chocolate lab and my HERO! We love to run around, wrestle, and bite each other! I love when I get treated to people food! Especially fruit! Oranges are yummy, but only the sweet bites! yummm! I love football, Roll Tide! My Alabama collar is my favorite! I know when mom or dad puts it on me, its time to go out and play! I never meet a stranger! Anyone new is a new friend to me! I'm never too shy to jump in your lap and give you a kiss right on the lips! So any new friends I can find are welcome!! :)

Daisy died of Parvo.... the vets kept her overnight to run tests that next morning. She died in her sleep. She was such an awesome majestic dog. She will forever be in my heart! I miss you baby girl!

Tucker is such a handsome boy!! He kind of brings some mist to my eyes because I had a cocker, too. He lived a good, long life and he was such a cute, bouncy boy - just like your Tucker!! I really have to figure out how our scanner works and I can post pix of him, too. Daisy was a beautiful girl as well. I'm so sorry for your loss, that must have been very difficult... You will love MDS, everyone here is so nice!

Sierra had Parvo when she was a baby, but they never gave it a full fledged "she's got it".. neither one of her brothers had it, nor did anyone else at the SPCA, so they seem to think that she had a reaction to the vaccine. It's scary because the symptoms are so similar to other things and it doesn't take that long to kick in.. and it's expenive to treat... my poor little $100 pound puppy cost me over $1500, but she's worth every cent of it. Parvo's not one of the more common things that folks know about either... (well, it doesn't seem to be)--Daisy sure was a pretty girl.
