That's a question you'd have to ask my groomer.  I do get the brown stuff, but it's really not that bad.  (To be honest, I didn't think it was that bad in your pictures either).  My mom just gives my face a bath every once in a while with doggy shampoo.  I'm not sure of the name of it.  I can get the name if you want though.   Do you want it?
