I would love to see other MDS members here list places where we can have fun shopping, while at the same time supporting rescue. We need supplies for our pets, why not get fun things from a place that donates some of their proceeds to rescue? You get cool stuff and you feel good doing it ... it's a win-win situation. Here are just a few places I like, and I would love to see others recommend sites they like or support as well! http://national.shibarescue.org/support.htm Click on the "Shiba Shoppe". You don't have to have a Shiba to support this rescue, if anything they have GREAT deals on Lupine leads, collars and harnesses no matter what breed, mutt you have. They are less expensive than if you bought them from most pet stores, so you are saving cash. I am hooked on Lupine stuff, you can visit their main site to see the different cool patterns at www.lupinepet.com. Nice slideshow. Also on the lupinepet main site under "dealers" there are several other rescues that carry Lupine. Buy from any rescue. They are guaranteed for life even if your dog chews them. Just send it back, and they will replace it if it hassle free. And if you buy through a rescue, they are less expensive than many other places I have seen, and you are supporting dogs in need. So far my favorite sites are the animal rescue site and the ASPCA store. Thanks for posting this. I love to shop when I know some of the proceeds are going to help the cause. Must check out the others Kitsune listed. thanks

I am a rescuer for Paws and Claws Rescue there is a site with over 600 stores to shop from. When you go to this site you choose what cause you wish your support to go to. The stores donate a percentage of your purchace to the cause of your choice. Of corse I am asking you to chose Paws and Claws rescue, Hot Springs Ar. All of us and our foster furbabies would appreciate it...Thank you..

I do all my internet searches through GoodSearch.com. They donate money to charity for every search you do. Mine goes to Jack Russell Rescue, but there are probably other rescues on there. I figure I search all the time, it might as well be for a good cause. It's not much money, but every little bit helps!
