Anyone know why the dogs always want to eat the cat food?  There must be something in it they like or crave since when they aren't always able to get the catfood in the bowl, they tend to seek out the after-product tootsie rolls.... hrmphf.. Currently I have the cat food off to the side where they can't get to it (along with the tootsie rolls, ha!).. I was just curious what it's about .. theories, ideas?  Suggestions?

Generally speaking, dog food is rather bland. Cat food is usually higher in protein, rich in taste (even when "processed thru the cat" ~ eeeeeeeewwwwwwwwww).

You should never give a dog cat food; or a cat, dog food. They are formulated totally differently, and can make the pet sick.

 If you want to give your dog a special treat, look in forum > fun > recipes. Or I blogged a V-day healthy doggy brownie recipe.
