Wellness has been around for quite some time. Typically this dog food was only available in smaller stores that only sold "holistic" dog food. The food is a super premium type, with all good ingredients and no wheat, corn or soy. The protein is "animal" and is listed as the first few ingredients. Wellness is a division of Old Mother Hubbard. |

Wellness is one of THE BEST dog foods you can find, even in the holistic pet stores. It is one of the VERY FEW foods that I would actually buy from petco. It is also made by a trustworthy company. Ive done a lot of research on a ton of high quality dog foods and haven't found ANYTHING bad with this company.
The only problem with this food might be that it is too rich for some dogs. But I also know plenty of dogs on this food that are doing AMAZING on it. |

All five of our dogs eat Wellness. I prefer it over Inova or any of the other holistic dog foods. Well, at least our kids prefer it! |

The puppies are loving it. It took about a week to get adjusted, but it's going really well now. They eat the weight maintence one and the can food. I bought every kind in the variety. Snowden's liquid medicine goes on the wet food and she really loves it, so that's a huge help. I even only feed them the "Wellbars" as treats now. Costs a bit of money, but you know- an ounce of prevention... |
