Dogs mouths have diffent enzymes that help keep their mouths a bit cleaner than ours but they also have "bad" bacteria because they cannot brush their own teeth. Thats why we should brush our canine friends teeth at least 1 time a day if possible it also helps prevent tooth decay which can lead to infection and bone loss not to mention it can cause infections and/or damage to other organs :) dont let this scare you from puppy kisses they are great!!! Happy Brushing

BOL i love puppy kisses but I refuse to get them after I brush their teeth... something about beef flavored toothpaste turns me off! |
