When I lived in Nor Cal we would have a Beaglefest twice a year at a dog park. (can you imagine 160 beagles all in one place??) Maybe we could pick a day and time to meet at a dog park, too??

Wow, Nor Cal to So FL just like me! Did you start in Iowa, too? :o) I was in SJ for a long time and then moved up to Sonoma County. The Beaglefest was always in Sausalito. Sooo pretty there! Your pug is adorable!!

Doggie park sounds good… which? i live in Weston, closest one to me is Markham park… but i know most broward county parks allow pups, i know you’re in Boca Carla, and Tina… so let’s find the most “central” one :)

I just need a fenced in one or else I’ll never see Cinnamon again!!

Mizner Bark – you need a permit. Even tho my addy is BR, I am outside city limits and would have to pay $300/yr to go. No thanx…plus with five dogs, ya ain’t goin to dogpark….......

Okeehelee (Forest Hill & turnpike area – W Palm Beach) is a better chance…...I will look into a pavillion. How is Friday or Sunday aft T-giving?

The coooooooooooooooolest place would be Jupiter Beach. It’s an hour drive for us Barka Radoggers; but trust me, well worth it! Gorgeous HUGE beach, tons of parking, restrooms, showers….and hey! I’ve got a shoot planned there for Sunday Dec 2 (only 3-5 pm). What if we met at noonish?

after t-giving i don’t know if we’ll be able to go…but jupiter beach maybe that sounds like a blast…Belle’s never been to a beach before :)

We’re available almost any time!! We still need a fence though… I would reeeeeally miss my Cinnamon…

haha, yeah i don’t really know what belle would do…. she tries to run away at hm, but in strange places she tends to stay close to me, but i really don’t want to take a chance

I’m new here too! I live with my “mama” Lexi and “papa” Mike in Naples, FL, but we’ll be moving closer to Fort Myers very soon. I’m not really small and I weigh almost as much as my “mom” , but I am very gentle with all dogs – no matter what size. I’m a Shiloh Shepherd female dog and we’re actually called “gentle giants”. I’m very well behaved and very calm. I love the idea of getting together and being part of some doggie events in the area. I do have some ideas about that too!
