any poodles out there with food allergies?  our oldest we believe to be allergic to wheat and corn.  she gets ear infections (fungal).  any one with a similar experience?

What you are describing are reactions to allergies to grains (usually corn & wheat). What food/treats does she get? In my blog, see Itchy Dog?

she's now on royal canin skin support with excellent result. she's had much fewer episodes and those seem to correlate with dietary indiscretion near as we can tell.  her treats mainly consist of chicken (chicken tenders)and lamb treats (tiny tots).  we have tried greenies as they have no corn that i know of and only rice flour. 

That is a goood food. Watch your treats and see what happens.

I have a Standard Poodle and I LOVE him to death.  He's my best pal and he follows me around.  But lately hes hasn't been himself.  Is it because he's neutered or is it something more serious?? please help

Jack had the same problem with ear infections and the vet suggested we change his diet from chicken based to fish based.  Ever since he's started eating herring and yam food, his ear infections are non existent.
