Woof! Hershey here. It seems we have some unrest here in the forums. Thats what happens when you let a human do the work. (I've sent my dog slave, Rob, to fetch the food).
First: I am the top dog - me, Hershey. This forum is for the dogs - NOT the owners. Every dog should be treated equal. Some dogs may need some education - but we are all equal (well, maybe except me, I am THE top dog).
Second: Every dog is entitled to their doggie opinion - otherwise this will be a VERY boring site. No dog should feel afraid to post - in fear of feeling stupid or being talked down. (I mean, come on, what do humans know. They don't even know what their butts smell like!)
Finally, we are here to have fun. There are already enough rules in the human world (would you believe it , I can't be off leash in this large park near my house just because some stupid humans complained about dogs!)
My fellow doggies, when the humans gets too serious, just send them out to get food and log on yourself ;)

PS There are currently only two official MyDogSpace staff on this site - me (the top dog) and my dog slave, Rob. Everyone else is a member of the community. Suggestions and feedbacks from ALL doggie members are treated equally. Suggestions from owners are ignored unless it is endorsed by their dogs. Woof!!

WOOHOOO Hershe! Way to go bud! Now, can't we all just get along (giggles 0 someone HAD to say it!)!
My mom tells all the customers at work and even the president of our shelter came in today (very impressed with our banner by the way ~big smiles~ Thank you) and mom told her all about what a wonderful place this is........
Ok, mom just got back with my bacon...................

This is a great site,finally someware i can go and the people are not intimadated by me. Poeple think becase im big and a little over protective of my family and my dads stuff that i am a mean dog when in realality all i want is whats best for my family. Thanks for haveing this site!!!!!!!!!!!

Mom is sleeping because she has to change from the day shift to the night shift so while she is sleeping Me (Freedom) and my brother Justice wanted to let you know we like all dogs that are socialized like us and cared about by our Mom. She would do anything in the world for us and other peoples kids too! She is always fighting to stop Breed Specific Legislation and she says a lot of humans need to take lessons from their furry kids and learn to get along. My Mom says that the names are mixed up because humans are really more animalistic than animals and Animals are more humane that most all humans. She is really smart so I believe her, she taught me how to use my nose to find people that are lost or missing and I feel really good when I find someone, everyone gets all excited and starts hugging me and I love that!
We are glad to have you, I too have a lot of people that think I am a mean dog but I am really just protective when my Mom is not around. Me and Justice are Rotties and we are both trained for Search and Rescue and we love people. Mom decided to do Search and Rescue and she told me that she picked my breed because she said we needed some good press and she could tell Rotties were not the vicious dogs people try to make us out to be so she bought me from a bad breeder that didn't care about his dogs and would have put me to sleep because I had Parvo. But Mom told the Vet to do whatever it took to save me and now I work to save people!
Yea don't mess with my Mom or me and Freedom will be all over you. I was a rescue that Mom adopted and when she is at home I want to be where she is at all times, I really love her but after roaming the streets of San Antonio I never want to be apart from her, don't get me wrong I was not scared just lonely and Mom and my big Sister Freedom make we feel like I belong here and we are a team! My Mom is always taking up for us kids and other people's kids too. I saw her crying after she read the article about how that football player abused his dogs making them fight and even torturing the ones that didn't want to fight, nothing they give him will be enough as far as my Mom is concerned.

Click the barks tab to see the last 24hours.
Regarding comments on pictures - its on our todo list.
BTW: for other suggestions, please start a new topic - so it is more relevant. I was hoping to keep this thread just on the subject that the site is about out dogs.

Just want to reinforce the message here. This site is run by the member community and not any specific member. The only official staff is TOP DOG Hershey (and Robert). Others are members like yourself and DO NOT work for MyDogSpace (no matter what impression they give). Please feel free to post and comment on forum topics, profiles etc and expect to be treated as an equal.

Geesh!! We get a New Year and we lose mds? I'm so glad to know it wasn't our computer! We were worried that we were the only ones who couldn't get into mds. We are so glad to be up and running again. We wondered what all our pals were doing. Thanks for fixing whatever happened.

Yippee!, Mom tried to log us in just a few minutes ago, we are so happy that MDS is up and running again. Mom thought that perhaps the fierce winter storm that blew through the midwest New Year's Eve night might have had something to do with it. Traffic all over the net was running very SLOW....We kept getting a" proxy server unresponsive" error warning. Even her computer at work was slower Jan. 1 st. ( For a minute there it was almost like a flashback to the ghost of the dreaded Y2K ) LOL So glad that never happened. If anyone knows what really transpired let us know if there's anything on our end we should do to prevent it from happening again. Robert and Hershey you rock getting our favorite site back up to speed. thank-you so much. Kes, Gracie, Pearl

We take all feedbacks and user comments at the same neutral level. No single member takes any higher priority. (No matter how many emails the member sent us - all are taken with the same priority).
If a member claims they know us personally or claim they have direct access to us - this is NOT TRUE.
