It's very hard to read.  The audio is not that good either.  Change it.

While it does look more fancy, it is hard to read. The words are longer, take more time to type in. Sometimes, there not two words, there's a piece of a character (like half an r).

I tried the audio, and it was weird! Like that movie, White Noise, static in the background (we thought it was spirits talking)!  aarrgghhh

It really sucks, sometimes you can read it and sometimes who knows what the hell it says!

 I hate it too.....It's not like fort Knox or anything..C'mon Hersh!!

The new code is based on ReCaptcha . It actullly helps the internet archive to digitize books (http://recaptcha.net/learnmore.html). So you are indirectly helping a good cause to encourage reading.

Basically, those code that are hard to see - you are helping the archive to work it out.

It is a system widly used on the internet now.

(There is a refresh button by the text field that will re-display new code if it is impossible to figure it out)
