Hey ebbybodys!! We weren't sure what category this would fit in so we put it here.  We are having a luau on our page Friday June 6 and Saturday June 7. It will start about 10 am central time and go until about 1 am Saturday morning and then start again about 10 am Saturday and end about 9 pm Saturday night!!!   See our mommy doesn't sleep much.  Ms. Astrid will be hostessing a hula bar on her page for Hula Lessons and will be providing some more fun games for us for a day or two before the actual luau. We wanted it to last a couple of days so that everybody would have a chance to enjoy it. Everyone is invited…Please come!! We will be announcing all the fun activities as it draws closer.

OH MY GOODNESS!!  If you could just see my hind end right now... it's just a wigglin' and shakin' and goin' bonkers!!!  I can't WAIT!!  Uh-oh- my cat pal TYK has been waiting for a luau.  Over on catspace, he's been talking about learning to hula because he felt like he was doing a hula dance during our earthquake.  He just loves to shake rattle and roll- I sure hope he doesn't crash the party- he seems to like to dump water on unsuspecting dogs-  he's nutso.  Anyway, I'll be there!  Thanks Sable and Chi and Astrid!!

Oh we're so glad we are getting responses....this will be our first MDS pawtie to host (with mega help from Ms. Astrid)...you should see the spread Mom has we'll give you a couple of teasers....She's having it catered by a very pawsclusive catering company.  With servers and everything...

Now this is not even a third of the the food...and with dancing and other special activities it's gonna be a blast.

Don't worry there will be other things besides roast pig...I will try to find a different picture because I think there are a few that find it disturbing.  We BBQ whole pigs all the time so we didn't think.  No Tennessee comments Sancho and Dixie

Sounds like fun!! You guys are nice to post this in the Forum, I wish I had done that for the last event.  Mom has a luau every summer in the back yard, and Suki and I weren't there for it because my home date was July 4th.  This will be our first luau.  Count us in - Let's Luau and we will bring the little umbrellas for the tropical drinks and of course some food!!
