Shortdog was already named that.

So was Snoopy

and I named Jackson because of Johnny Cash's song "Jackson" and his second middle name is "Cash".

all my kids except Jezebel and Honey came pre-named.  Honey was this totally scared little bit of a thing and Honey just popped into my mind when it came to take her home from the vet (owner turn-in to rescue - she was previously called Stinky, of all things). 

Jezebel was named Nutmeg - and when I first met her (and she pushed Bart out of the way and plonked herself in my lap giving me kisses), I actually called her a Jezebel; she flirted with everyone in the hallway but pulled her way back to me.    She has a song, too. Elvis' Devil in Disguise....that's my Jessie-belle

Cracker already had his name!

Brodie got his name 'cuz it was the only name that wasn't to "human" that I liked, that also suited him!

Frayja got her name because I love fairies and mythical things and her name means goddess of Pixies, nymphs ect. And it suited her.

Moe got his name because when he was younger, every winter he would get a little white mohawk on his head! So cute!

Nuke - Nuclear Bomb... which he lived up to as a pup.

Typhoon - Same reason.

Malice - I really thought it was a pretty name despite it's meaning. I named her that more so for a joke since people are deathly afraid of Rotties. And she's just about as sweet as they come >.>

Sunder - Well, look it up in the dictionary. Haha.
