I've always found it hard to name a dog before I got to know him or her. There are a lot of cute names on your list. I was just thinking how it would sound when you called the two of them with my suggestion: Here Reese and Peanut Butter. Just my weird sense of humor at work.

Hm, I used to know someone who had two miniature dachshunds, both brown, and their names were Rusty and Mocha. Your pup reminds me of them, I miss watching the little ten-pound pups prancing around in the tennis enclosure with my fifty and eighty-pound hybrids. XD Still, out of the names on your list, the ones I like the best are Manny, Tobey, Chester and Ace, but it can sometimes take a while to think up the perfect befitting name. Sometimes one will just spring to mind, but I usually have to really get to know the animal before I can think of a name, personally. Good luck though, and congrats on the new pup. ^^ He's a cutie.

ooh i didn't think of winston oooo or how about wilson??? LOL! jk (just thought of the volley ball) heath was on our list. (recently) my boss suggested a beer name (german) because of the dachsie being german. we get him in about 3 weeks and wanted to go ahead and have his tag.... but i can't decide on a name..... i wanted to keep the candy names going because that is what i thought our kennel tradition would be.....but then i liked the idea of the little rascals theme..... idk..... that is why i asked all of you all for what you liked.......thanks for the suggestions...and keep them going!
