Woopie was saying on the View that it is because of where Michael Vick grew up as to why he didn't think it was wrong to fight dogs!

It's like saying that an abused child can rightfully abuse someone when they are an adult because that's how they were raised. How ignorant are these people! I never much liked Whoppie or the View anyway.
