I am absoluely disgusted, shocked too, it just shows what ignorance in an uneducated country can happen (and if someone says they are educated....I beg to differ....)even if the animal called 'the artist' was badly educated and brought up...there were 'people' and I  use that word loosely, who watched this, took time to report it BUT DID NOTHING, they should be castrated...without an anesthetic.  Petition signed.    

My entire family has signed this petition and I have passed it on to as many friends in the rescue community as possible. How can anyone call such animal cruelty art? What is artistic about watching an animal die? How cold do you have to be, how spiritless, to allow a living being to suffer and do nothing to stop the suffering. This guy isn't an artist, he's a serial killer waiting to happen!
